Fundraising is vital to Ambitious about Autism and our ability to achieve our plans to develop more services, to raise awareness and to influence policy makers. We need nearly £10 million over the next three years in voluntary contributions to reach more children and young people with autism and their families.
You can donate to Ambitious about Autism in a number of ways:
Donate through JustGiving: JustGiving is a simple and secure way to donate to us. We always like to thank our supporters and let you know how your gift has been used, so please tick the box that allows us to see your email address.
Donate offline using our Gift Form (DOC 344KB): To donate offline, just download our Gift Form, print it off, fill it in and then mail it to our address.
Remembering Ambitious about Autism in your will is a wonderful way to support future generations of children with autism. If you decide to leave a legacy, it’s essential to get your will drawn up and witnessed correctly. It's best to consult a solicitor rather than trying to do it all by yourself. If you prepare thoroughly and collect all the relevant information first, this shouldn’t be too expensive.
Our Head of Major Giving, Alison Goodman, will be happy to offer confidential advice. Please contact her on 020 8815 5144 at agoodman@ambitiousaboutautism.org.uk.
If you would like people to make donations to Ambitious about Autism in memory of a loved one, we would be extremely grateful. Many funeral directors will be happy to arrange a collection for you and forward donations to us. Alternatively you can ask friends or relatives to make their donations directly to us. We can help you to co-ordinate this.
Giving to Ambitious about Autism is a great way to mark a special occasion or to celebrate the memory of a friend or relative. Your donation will make a real difference to the futures of children with autism.
Sometimes supporters ask friends and family to donate to Ambitious about Autism instead of giving personal gifts for a birthday, wedding or anniversary. You can set up your own donations page, for example through Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving.
If you wish we can set up an ‘alternative gift list’ for you and provide printed copies for you to send out with invitations. In that case we’ll contact each donor to acknowledge their gift and provide you with a complete list of who has donated, so you can send your own personal acknowledgements.
