Education and Resources for Improving Childhood Continence (ERIC): Information and support on childhood bedwetting, daytime wetting, constipation and soiling to children, young people, parents and professionals.

The National Autistic Society (NAS): NAS has a helpline offering support to people affected by autism and a section called Understanding behaviour which covers issues such as diet and sleep. It also has a section on its website for people in the health sector working with people with autism.

Netbuddy: Netbuddy offers first-hand tips from people who experience learning disability, autism and special needs. It has an area dedicated to tips on issues such as healthpersonal grooming, and hygiene.

NHS Choices: The NHS Choices website has sections on autism and Asperger's syndrome, including information about causes, treatment and diagnosis. It also has a sections on personal hygienefeeding problems, and sleep disturbance.

Scottish Autism: The Scottish Autism website has sections dedicated to Getting a Haircut, Sleep Problems, and Visiting the Dentist.
