People Administrator

We are looking for a full-time administrator to work as part of a small Human Resources function, assisting with providing generalist human resources administration. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook and preferably have experience of using an HR data-base. SelectHR (Access) version 1.5 or above would be a distinct advantage.

You will be responsible for providing cyclical and routine professional administrative support, maintaining systems and processes to support service delivery needs. The main duties will supporting the People Consultant and People Team with a variety of administrative task including a high volume of data entry, maintaining current L&D systems and processes, ensuring all records are maintained and up to date, and servicing meetings required.

The Rise School, which opened in September 2014, is a ground breaking, genuinely innovative school which is for children and young people, aged between 4 and 19 who have autism. Our pupils access the national curriculum at broadly age-appropriate levels, while still receiving the specialist support they need.

We are looking for individuals who are either behaviour specialists such as ABA Tutors or exceptional teaching assistants who can be trained and developed and who are committed to achieving high standards with all our pupils and to work closely with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary team (including teachers, behavioural specialists and speech and language therapists).

As Director of Service Development, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our overall strategy and directly influence the breadth and range of services we offer. TreeHouse School in North London provides a vibrant education for children and young people from 4–19 with a diagnosis of autism. Judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted (October 2012), we offer each pupil a personalised curriculum which is taught by a multi professional team and is underpinned by the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
