Ambitious about Autism is looking for full time Field Tutors to join our Ambitious Support team to work in Barnet, North London.

Ambitious Support is a community based service that provides integrated and intensive support to young adults with autism aged 16-25. Using evidence based practice the service supports service users in accessing further education, employment and leisure opportunities.

You will need:

• Knowledge of and an interest in Autism
• Experience of working with young adults with autism/SEN (i.e. support work, tutor and/or volunteer)
• Experience of managing challenging behaviour
• To be physically and emotionally resilient
• Commitment and flexibility to provide high-quality person-centred support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm and focused.
