Annual leave

  • A generous annual leave entitlement that varies based on role i.e:
    • 48 days school closure (including Bank Holidays)
    • 25, 31, 32 days per annum (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • The organisation normally closes between Christmas and New Year (non contractual) on a discretionary basis agreed annually resulting in additional paid leave


  • Auto-enrolled into The People's Pension with contributions as per statute
  • Ambitious about Autism provides a Group Personal Pension Scheme (Aegon) subject to the following criteria:
    • Band 5 jobs and below: 2 years’ service with matching contributions of 5% employer/5% employee
    • Band 6 jobs and above: 6 months’ service with matching contributions of between 5% and 7.5% employer/employee
  • Teachers' Pension applicable to eligible roles
