This workshop focuses on positive behaviour management. Participants will be guided through methods to identify why behaviours occur and will be supported to develop positive behaviour support plans relating to the functions of behaviour. Participants will also learn ways to monitor interventions to ensure success.
This workshop is designed with the intention that attendees also progress through Workshop B though this isn't a requirement. The combined workshops will provide attendees with additional time to gain insight into autism education through open discussion, sharing best practice and oppotunities to develop practical strategies which are bespoke to your circumstances.
