Due to expansion and growth of our charity, Ambitious about Autism we wish to recruit an ambitious and talented Head of Recruitment to bring strategic leadership, knowledge and experience to build our talent acquisition strategy and support the development of our staffing model and manpower plans to deliver our mission.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment lead to help us identify, select, onboard and retain excellent employees for now and our future. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. To excel as the Head of Recruitment we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting: identification, attraction and delivery of the best talent to the organisation.
You will work closely with senior managers across our services and be responsible for leading and managing a small talented team of recruiters.
You will share an absolute commitment to our mission and values.
