Trusts and foundations partners

We are committed to improving outcomes for autistic children and young people. We work proudly in partnership with a range of trusts and foundations to ensure young people can be themselves and realise their ambitions.

Why support us

Autistic children and young people are at the heart of everything we do and are represented at every level of our charity.

Our Time for Ambition strategy focuses on building our core expertise in education, while engaging more than ever before in the other areas that are essential for autistic children and young people to lead a fulfilling life, such as having supportive families and relationships; good health and wellbeing; employment opportunities and being active citizens in their communities.

What we offer you

We have a wide range of programmes that are in need of vital voluntary funding and we can work with you to allocate your grant as befits your philanthropic giving criteria. By choosing us you will receive:

  • dedicated support from a member of our fundraising team who will work with you to identify projects of interest and ensure your gift achieves maximum impact
  • regular updates and reporting that fits your specific requirements
  • opportunities to meet and get to know our organisation and how we work to effect change
  • recognition of your valued support.

Thank you to our partners

A huge thank you to our generous funders who have made our work possible.

  • Our learners had the wonderful opportunity to experience skiing thanks to a £35,000 donation towards our school skiing programmes.
  • We received a generous multi-year grant to launch our Ambitious Youth Network, providing a safe space for autistic young people to meet online and build friendships. We received a third installment of £84,000.
  • Unrestricted grants provide us with flexibility and security, so we can continue to stand with autistic young people.

Join us today

If you represent a Trust or Foundation and you would like to discuss how our joined resources could make real change for autistic young people, please contact the Trusts team at philanthropy@ambitiousaboutautism.org.uk.

Whether you are an existing supporter or new to us, we would be delighted to welcome you to visit one of our schools or college. A visit will provide an insight into our work and explain how your funding could help.

“We are proud to have supported Ambitious about Autism for over 17 years, our funding has helped autistic children and young people realise their potential and ambitions.”- Dee Wright, The Hospital Saturday Fund.

Thank you to all our previous and existing funders.
