Learning and Behaviour Specialists and ABA Tutors are a vital part of our workforce. They work face to face with our learners everyday, inspiring and teaching them so that they may reach their full potential.

Learning and Behaviour Specialists
Our Learning and Behaviour Specialists support our learners at Ambitious College, located in Isleworth and Tottenham. Ambitious College is London’s first registered specialist day college, supporting young people with autism aged 16-25, to achieve their life goals.
Learning and Behaviour Specialists provide face-to-face support to our learners, helping them improve their skills and achieve their educational targets. Each learner is given a personalised curriculum, specifically tailored for them depending on their aspirations, needs and abilities. Our approach sets our learners up for success and our Learning and Behaviour Specialists have the chance to play a big part in their achievement and watch them flourish under their guidance.
We want our learners to thrive in the community as well as in the classroom. Learning and Behaviour Specialists seek out opportunities within the local communities to develop important skills learner.
Due to the nature of the work no two days are the same. On Monday a Learning and Behaviour Specialist may take their learner swimming, the next day travel training on buses or developing reading skills. These activities we often take for granted are vital for our learners.
Our Learning and Behaviour Specialists are team players, working with a trans-disciplinary team who collaborate with each other to provide the best for our learners. These teams can include occupational therapists, behaviour analysts, lectures and many more.
ABA support our learners at TreeHouse School, located near Muswell Hill in North London. TreeHouse School is a non-maintained specialist school for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a diagnosis of autism.
Like Learning and Behaviour Specialists, ABA Tutors provide 1:1 support to our learners, helping them develop skills and achieve their educational targets. Tutors deliver personalised curriculums to the learners, using teaching techniques based on the principles of positive behaviour support.
Community based learning is also vital for our learners at TreeHouse School, with community inclusion being a major target for every learner, to help them prepare for adulthood. With our learners learning in the community, classroom and playground, our curriculum is diverse and variety is guaranteed.
Our Tutors are team players, working with a trans-disciplinary team who collaborate with each other to provide the best outcome for our learners. These teams can include teachers, occupational therapists, behaviour analysts, speech and language therapists and many more.
