Toilet trained at 20 months now wets himself everyday nearly 5.

This is my first post and would really appreciate any advice. My son was highlighted by his school in September as being ASD. It was a complete shock although I then came to wonder how I didn't figure it out myself. Partly think it's because whatever is going on with him is regressive. Suddenly sensory issues at school, never had them before. Now wets himself daily despite being toilet trained very easily before 2. I'm worried I'll have to give up my job if he doesn't stop, to go up to the school to change him every day. It seems to be getting worse and he pooed himself for the first time this week so so I'm really concerned.

Had a look through posts and website but all seems to be regarding children being trained. I don't understand how he was successfully trained for years then this happens.

School have referred him to CAMHS but I've been told there is an 18 month waiting list. GP said he doesn't have urine infection. I'm just so worried he will get worse RE all symptoms IE now pooing and wondering if there is anything I can do.

Thanks a lot,

Dee
