The Education Directorate at Ambitious about Autism are looking for an experienced individual to support the Director of Education with important daily duties in order to meet departmental objectives and to undertake important research relating to educational policies and practices to ensure best practice. The post holder will ensure an effective administration process, undertaking duties such as data and office management support and providing important administration to HR that are all key for the successful management of operational plans, budgeting and compliance.
The executive assistant elements of this role are critical; as diary management, the preparation of meetings, agenda compiling and problem solving are essential areas when it comes to successful organisation, and so excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role. This role will involve close working with other EA’s in the organisation and working with central functions to ensure that clear instructions are cascaded across the board.
