Fundraising Business Support Officer
We are seeking a highly organised Business Support Officer to join our ambitious Fundraising Team.
This is a hugely important role for the team. We are looking for someone who can own and improve all our systems and provide administrative support for the team and the Director of Fundraising in a variety of ways.
This will suit someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities, has high professional standards and is instinctively proactive.
You will be joining a lively, friendly team. No two days are the same and we are always busy!
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing our financial systems and processing all transactions
- Managing our data processing systems
- Maintaining excellent supporter care, thanking donors and being a first port of call for their enquiries
- Providing administrative support for fundraising activities
- Providing some executive assistance to the Director of Fundraising.
