Band 7 £48,761 to £52,781 per annum dependent on skills and experience
Muswell Hill, London (with occasional travel to Tottenham and Isleworth)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Positive Behaviour Support and Education?

Ambitious about Autism are looking for an experienced individual to provide project management relating to a cultural change programme, with a particular focus on education, behavioural management and transdisciplinary needs of working.

The post holder will further develop project plans to bring out cultural change in approaches to the above ways of working and will oversee the actions and work to develop a continuous improvement model while reviewing and monitoring its success. You will oversee the training delivery of PBS coaches, active support and other additional training to monitor the impact on quality of life for students and staff.

During this year long opportunity, you will source, test and implement an effective system for data collection across the organisation and provide feedback on this to implement the most effective solutions.
