Property, Safety and Compliance Manager
We are looking for a highly successful and determined Property, Safety and Compliance Manager to join the Property, Facilities and IT Team and bring established professional expertise, enthusiasm and experience to the role. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of in-house staff and external contractors across our current and future Office, School and College sites to ensure:
- The highest standards of health and safety systems and operations.
- Comprehensive property and facilities management compliance.
- Dynamic repairs and maintenance service.
- Progressive environmental standards including energy, waste and transportation.
- Team leadership and collaborative working across the AaA organisation.
You will be supported by a small professional and operational team to deliver the above and report to the Head of Property and IT.
