We are looking for a passionate resourcing professional with experience in developing and implementing resourcing strategies and in leading a small team.

Our People Team is key to making this happen.
This senior part time role will take the lead in providing an effective recruitment process across our services and charity. A typical day might involve advising on resourcing strategy to the Directors, carrying out appraisals with the team, drafting and approving job adverts, and providing expert support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the organisation. You will manage and be assisted by two Full Time Recruitment Officers and a Trainee People Officer in the development of a lasting recruitment strategy.
So who are we looking for to fulfil this exciting role?
The successful applicant will need to have:
- A proven track record in developing innovative talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in leading a high performing team and managing performance
- The ability to oversee and run multiple campaigns
- A successful record of managing recruitment budgets and the ability to advise the People Director on cost effective ad targeting
- A focus on providing a high standard of advice and support to managers at all levels whilst demonstrating a professional sensitivity and attitude towards individual needs
