Do you find it rewarding when you see a young person succeed for the very first time, sometimes against the odds?

Are you ready to create opportunities that make a long lasting impression?

YES?!! Then we want to hear from you today!

Ambitious College is London’s first specialist Day College for young people aged 16-15 with a primary diagnosis of autism, some of whom have additional disabilities. We were graded 2 (Good) by Ofsted in 2017 and are on a journey to Outstanding.

We are looking to recruit a qualified Lecturer to initially teach a class of up to 10 learners. Lecturers at Ambitious College are part of a wider Transdisciplinary Team that includes full-time Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists and BCBA qualified Behaviour Analysts. Each class is also supported by a dedicated team of Learning and Behaviour Specialists and Lecturers are provided with their own base classroom.

We are committed to investing in our people and their talent.  We make sure every single person is clear about their role, and has the tools, knowledge and learning they need to perform well and make a difference.

We want you to have the confidence to make the most of every opportunity. So, whatever you want to do, and however you want to learn, we’ll help you take your career to the next level.
