Ambitious about Autism is a national charity with the ambition of making the ordinary possible for more children and young people with autism. We provide services, raise awareness and understanding, and campaign for change. Through the TreeHouse School and Ambitious College, we offer specialist education and support. The organisation is continuing to grow and we are going through a period of exciting change.
This is an important role within the Finance Team which will support the Head of Finance to develop the business partnering service across the organisation, designed to take the management accounting and reporting functions to a new level. The role holder will report to the Head of Finance whilst working in partnership with senior colleagues from across the organisation to develop and deliver the organisation’s financial strategy.
The key responsibilities
To lead on the monthly management accounts and reporting process, including the monthly management accounts report for the Executive Leadership Team and Trustees
Providing financial advice and support to a number of departments including Fundraising, External Affairs and TreeHouse School through a Business Partnering approach
Work in partnership with budget holders to review management accounts, analyse budgets and forecasts, identify and manage risks and opportunities
Produce high quality financial models and general management information to support and influence decision making.
