Teaching and Behaviour Support (Senior)
Do you want to work alongside a quality team of professional teachers, behaviour analysts, speech & language therapists, occupational therapists, vocational specialists and sports coaches? We are looking for three Senior ABA Tutors to join us and to share our ambition to make the ordinary possible for children and young people with autism- to enable them to learn, thrive and achieve.
Join our friendly, busy team and make a real impact as Teaching and Behaviour Support (Senior)!
You will form part of a class team working directly with children and young people with autism using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to deliver a functional and meaningful personalised curriculum. You will provide support to the Class Teacher in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the class to meet the day to day needs of the pupils.
You will have excellent knowledge, experience and skills in ABA or a similar behaviour approach having worked with different age ranges and across multiple settings (e.g. home, school, community). You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal and work well as part of a team.
