Ambitious College is looking for a dynamic, forward thinking and experienced Vice Principal for our North London campus to help make a real difference to our learners experience and raise our profile further. This is a very exciting time for us. We are on a journey to expand Ambitious College, London’s only specialist further education college for young people with autism, to offer 120 places over the next 6 years.
The College’s most recent Ofsted report can be found on our website. We have been awarded a 2 across all of the Common Inspection Framework areas, giving us a Good rating overall.
Based in our North London Campus you will have overall responsibility for teaching, learning and assessment across the two college sites and will work closely with the Principal and other Senior Leads to manage the College, and to support the development and delivery of strategic objectives and associated plans that are designed to secure the future viability, growth and development of the College.
You should demonstrate a forward-thinking approach, strong leadership skills and the ability to engage effectively within and beyond the college. The ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce and an innovative, tenacious approach are of key importance.
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
