Spring School

Spring School

Our new autism-specific school will teach up to 90 pupils aged 4-19 in a new purpose-built school in Chessington, Kingston.

We have opened for our first cohort of 36 young people on a temporary site in Norbiton and will be moving to our Chessington site ahead of September 2024.

Thank you to the local community - residents, families, pupils and autistic young people who helped choose the name for Spring School

Ambitious about Autism Schools Trust was selected to open the new provision in Kingston following a rigorous and competitive application process. The local authority was impressed with our successful track record in delivering high quality, innovative and specialist education for autistic young people through TreeHouse School, Ambitious College, The Rise School and St. John's College.

The new school will further embed our Ambitious Approach to education. The new school will further embed our Ambitious Approach to education. Our approach focuses on the quality of life and wellbeing of each pupil while preparing them for the successful transition into adulthood.
