Employ Autism Skills Programme
Ready to start work but need some extra support?
The Employ Autism Skills Programme is designed for autistic young people aged 18-25 who are not currently in education, employment or training.
Through a mix of online workshops and one-to-one coaching, you'll develop the confidence, knowledge and practical skills to take your next steps towards employment.

How it works
- 4 weeks of online workshops
- Tuesday and Thursday | 6-29 October 2026
- weekly one-to-one check-ins
- 3 months of one-to-one coaching
- ongoing personalised support following the workshops.
Location: Online via Microsoft Teams.

You will need to complete our short application form and tell us about your goals and the support you're looking for. Successful applicants will be invited to a short introductory call before the programme begins.
Looking for support at a different stage of your career?
We're also planning a new employability programme in December 2026 for autistic young people who have graduated from university, have previous work experience, or are looking to progress their careers. Register your interest through the application form.
