Ambitious about Autism Covenant for Employers (ACE)

Ambitious about Autism is working in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to promote a cross-Government Covenant. 

Together with the DWP, we have developed the Ambitious about Autism Covenant for Employers (ACE). At the heart of this initiative is a commitment by companies to become more accessible to current and future autistic employees. 

Only 30% of autistic people are in any kind of paid work. Ambitious about Autism is working to change this statistic through educating employers on best practice and supporting autistic young people with their career aspirations.
