We provide a range of employment support to young people aged 18-25 who take part in our Employ Autism programme.

From group workshops and webinars to one-to-one meetings with our experienced Employment Coaches, we can help you develop your skills and confidence so you can access employment opportunities in supportive environments.

We offer support on topics such as:

  • CVs
  • understanding job descriptions 
  • completing applications
  • interview preparation
  • careers guidance and planning
  • managing wellbeing at work
  • identifying and requesting workplace adjustments.
