Become an autism confident employer

We launched our Autism Confidence status to recognise employers who are committed to creating workplaces where autistic people are included, accepted, and understood.
Autism Confidence is a unique status, developed alongside one of our key strategic partners, Marsh McLennan, to recognise the commitment from employers in creating inclusive workplaces for autistic people.
It’s an organisational-wide approach, bringing together all the elements that make up an employee experience, whether that’s before joining your organisation, whilst currently employed, or when looking to develop to their next career point.
To achieve Autism Confidence, employers must adopt more inclusive practices in five areas.
The impact
The impact of the partnership is carefully measured and captured in a portfolio, tracking against agreed performance measures, and enabling you to see the progress being made. The framework guides delivery, which is carefully managed by our team, with full support and advice available throughout.
On successful completion of the deliverables across all five workstreams, your organisation will be awarded Autism Confidence status.
Working together
By working together to achieve Autism Confidence status, your organisation will:
- bring a cause tangibly into the heart of your organisation
- increase colleague connections
- support the achievement of strategic diversity and inclusion targets
- develop your managers and leaders
- recruit from an untapped talent pool
- design inclusive practices that benefit all Future proof your business.
