Operations Manager (TreeHouse School)

TreeHouse School are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to take ownership of direct operations such as staff rostering, deployment of staff and collating staff absence daily and to provide effective solutions to everyday organisation.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures to deliver an effective and person centred approach for the School which meet the important requirements of Ofsted. The Operations Manager will work closely with the support team and Assistant Head of Pupil Development, Welfare and Behaviour to ensure that Health and Safety processes are in place, including specific elements of the School’s policies.
The management and upkeep of successful recruitment processes are also essential parts of this role, the post holder will be responsible for the preparation and organisation of interviews and completion of important administrative tasks that are a vital part of organisational policy and procedures. Experience of successful resource planning and managing a provision that supports young people with Autism is at the centre of this important role.
