Ambitious 220: Your Way

Can’t make our in-person Manchester to London race? Or fancy creating a challenge of your own making? Join our virtual challenge and complete the 220 distance in your own way!

By taking part in Ambitious 220 you are raising money and awareness for autism. Your fundraising also helps us to be able to stand with autistic children and young people, champion their rights and create opportunities. Here are some ideas for inspiration:

• 220 minutes on an exercise bike (you could split this over the weekend)
• 220 sit-ups/press-ups
• 220 rope jumps 
• 2.2 mile run or walk.

Registration fee: £20
Fundraising target: £200
